Production facility 
SAMWOO has a production factory, comprising two production lines, one office, and one laboratory and dormitory(a total of four buildings) in a 2,000 acre land in Gimpo city, Gyeonggi-do. We apply standardized production processes and semi-automated processes, and have a total of four production buildings, including two RCD lines for the production of SW-RCD anchor system, one PCD line for SW-PCD anchor systems, and a PTF line for SW-PTF anchor systems.
Laboratory and quality management
SAMWOO periodically conducts self-governed quality management tests to provide high quality products to the customers, performing various tests for the improvement of the anchor quality and the development of new products, such as the strand yield and break test, wedge grip test, high pressure waterproof test, real model test board, and compression strength test, with the various test equipments at the separate test room in the factory.
